After more of 36 months of aged on yeasts, our Franciacorta Millesimato 2020 is ready.
Astonishing for its creamy foam, plentiful and persistent; the sensation on the palate is delightfully embracing.
The Millesimato Romantica is a harmony of unforgettable sensations: floral notes, hints of dried fruit, leavening bread, and the aromas of fresh pastries.
It blends perfectly with roasts and tasty dishes of white or red meat and is ideal with fried fish. It is exquisite with fresh cheeses like fluffy ricotta, creamy goat cheese, soft mozzarella, crumbly feta or Robiola. Its stimulating and refreshing taste makes it ideal even as an aperitif.
